CODY HARDEN, M.E., P.E., M.L.E.
Structural Engineer | Principal
Following a career in both law enforcement and construction, Cody Harden pursued an education in Civil Engineering at Florida State University. Cody then obtained his master’s degree in Structural Engineering with a minor in Construction Management through the University of Alabama at Birmingham. While pursuing his master's, Cody gained a wide range of experience in construction project management and structural engineering throughout the Southeast. Cody’s expertise includes Structural Design, Structural Inspection, Finite Analysis, and Construction Administration. Cody is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida and Alabama. This wide range of experience and expertise is what makes Cody of Atlas Engineering and Consulting an asset in commercial, residential, and government sectors. In Cody’s free time, he enjoys cycling, running, grilling, and going on adventures with his wife and two sons.
SHAWN LAWRENCE

Shawn pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University. He has been an essential part of the ATLAS team for almost 3 years now, rising through the ranks from a drafting designer to a project manager. Outside of business hours, Shawn enjoys cooking and continues to work part-time at the local eatery, Boondocks. He is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the outdoors, and going to the beach.
KELSEY GILLAND
Administrative Office Manager
Kelsey brings many years of administrative experience such as project schedule coordination, billing and payment collection, Human Resources, and everyday business management tasks required to keep ATLAS organized and efficient. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Management at Gulf Coast State College. When Kelsey is not keeping us on our toes, she is spending time with her husband, baby, and fur babies or visiting the multiple farmer's markets our local area has to offer.
Anna is the Director of ATLAS's non-profit organization, ATLAS Gives. She also designs and manages ATLAS's website and social media pages. Anna graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. In addition to her roles at ATLAS Engineering, Anna is a roadway design engineer and utility coordinator for another local engineering firm. In her spare time, Anna enjoys cooking, running, reading, photography, and spending quality time with her family.
